Zoe Saldaña makes history with the Oscar for best cast actress

Saldaña is the first American of Dominican origin to win the best cast actress.
“I know it will not be the last,” said Saldaña in his acceptance speech.

The other nominees for the cast actress were Monica Barbaro for “a complete stranger”, Ariana Grande for “Wicked”, Felicity Jones for “The Brutalist” and Isabella Rossellini for “Concónimo”.
