The transcripts of the Grand Jury in the case of Ghislaine Maxwell do not contain anything new, says the presentation of the DOJ

Much of what the Department of Justice wants a federal judge to slow down the investigation of the Grand Jury of Ghislaine Maxwell either known and, at least until now, the attorney general is trying to reveal anything else, according to a new judicial presentation on Tuesday.
The Department of Justice delivered a version of the transcripts of the Great Jury of Maxwell that identifies what information is no longer publicly known. That recorded version shows that “much of the information provided during the course of the Grand Jury testimony, with the exception of the identities of certain victims and witnesses, was made publicly available to the trial or has been publicly informed through the public statements of victims and witnesses,” said the presentation.
The Department of Justice is asking two federal judges in New York to disvice the transcripts of the Grand Jury in the cases of Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein. He is not asking the judges to disorder the exhibitions of the Grand Jury, although the Attorney General requested several more days to consider “his position regarding the revelation of the Grand Jury’s exhibitions,” the presentation said.
Epstein’s grand jury met twice on June 18, 2019 and July 2, 2019, before being accused of accusing him of sexually exploiting and abusing dozens of minor girls.

Maxwell’s Grande met on June 29, 2020 and July 8, 2020, before being accused of positions that conspired with Epstein to attract minors to travel so they could participate in illegal sexual acts. He also met on March 29, 2021, after she was accused, since prosecutors sought to add charges for an replacement accusation.
Maxwell was convicted and is complying with a 20 -year prison sentence in a Federal Federal Federal Federal Field in Bryan, Texas, where she was recently transferred from a minimum security prison in Tallahassee, Florida.
The Department of Justice said that it has given a notice of the revealing motions to all except one of the victims referred to in the transcripts of the Grand Jury. Federal prosecutors have not been able to contact that remaining victim.
“With respect to victims who are not identified in the transcripts of the Grand Jury, but who have previously received notifications of victims in the affairs of Maxwell and Epstein, the government in the next few days will alert those victims about the fact of the revelation motions,” the presentation said.
On Monday, the Court placed in the files of the alleged victims of Epstein anonymous who criticized the Trump administration approach.
