The Trump administration plans to limit the classified information shared with the Congress, sources familiar with the ABC News matter said.
The measure occurs after an initial intelligence evaluation showed that US military attacks that President Donald Trump ordered in Iran’s nuclear facilities last weekend did not completely destroy the country’s nuclear program, but probably delayed it a few months, according to sources familiar with the first findings.
The administration plans to limit the classified information that it shares in CAPNET, the classified information exchange system used by both the Chamber and the Senate, the sources said.
It was not clear immediately how much information the administration limit in the future.

The administration has not publicly alleged that Capnet was the source of information on the initial evaluation. The administration has said that the FBI is investigating the escape.

Originally, the camera and the Senate were scheduled to receive classified information sessions on strikes in Iran on Tuesday before these informative sessions are delayed. The Senate will now receive an informative session on Thursday and the camera is expected to be informed on Friday.
