Trump says that calling Walz after the Minnesota shootings would be “loss of time”

President Donald Trump said overnight that calling the governor of Minnesota Tim Walz after a political murder sent shock waves through the State would be a “waste of time.”
Trump was asked if he would communicate with Walz, who was the vice presidential formula partner for the 2024 nominated of the Kamala Harris Democratic Party, when he returned to Washington after leaving early from the G7 summit.
“I think the governor of Minnesota is so off. I’m not calling him,” Trump said. “Why would I call it? I could call and say: ‘Hello, how are you?’ Uh, the guy has no idea.
Trump told ABC News on Sunday that he “can” call the governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, after a political murder sent shock waves through the State.
The president, who condemned violence, described the Democratic governor as a “terrible governor” and “very incompetent” in an interview with the senior political correspondent of ABC News, Rachel Scott.
“Well, it’s terrible.
Until Monday afternoon, Walz had not had news from the president, according to a source.

The accused armed man, Vance Luther Boelter, 57, was captured on Sunday night.
Walz described the shootings in an “act of specific political violence.”
The president condemned violence shortly after the attack.
“Such horrible violence will not be tolerated in the United States of America. God bless the great people of Minnesota, a truly great place,” he said.
A source closed the Walz told ABC News that Walz and vice president JD Vance talked about the shootings.
“The governor expressed his appreciation for the continuous coordination between the federal officials of the law and the public security of Minnesota,” said the person.
A source told ABC News on Sunday that former President Joe Biden called Walz “immediately.”
A source familiar with the call described the conversation on Monday as “compassionate.” The couple talked about pain, Biden offered their condolences and “discussed Hortman’s legacy,” said the source, Biden had met Hortman and told Walz that “he was a fan,” said the source.
The White House said in a statement that the FBI and the Office of the Attorney General will investigate the shootings and “will process anyone involved to the largest extent of the law.”
Police say that the alleged gunman supposedly had dozens of Minnesota Democrats in a list of objectives, which was recovered from his vehicle.
The murder occurs in the midst of the growing concerns about political violence in the United States after the recent murder of two employees of the Israeli embassy in Washington, the fire fire in the house of Pennsylvania, Josh Shapiro, and Trump’s murder attempt last summer.
